I offer specialised classes for beginners who are new to the world of Pilates. These sessions are designed to introduce foundational concepts of Pilates and essential movements in a supportive environment.

Pilates for Desk Based Workers

My Pilates offering for desk-based workers is designed to fit seamlessly into real work life—whether that’s virtual or in person, in the workplace or delivered live over Teams or Zoom.

This 6-week course is specifically created to counter the effects of long hours sitting at a desk. We focus on improving posture, strengthening the core, relieving neck, back, and hip tension, and rebuilding healthy movement patterns that support you at work and beyond.

The sessions are practical, accessible, and effective, helping you feel less stiff, more energised, and more comfortable in your body by the end of the workday.

My online weight loss coaching is about so much more than calories and workouts—it’s a fully holistic, whole-person approach.

We will work toward your physical goals, but we also dig into the why behind your habits so real, lasting change can happen. Using psychological tools and behaviour-change strategies, I can support you through mindset shifts, emotional eating patterns, motivation dips, and self-confidence blocks.

Unlike other weight loss coaching, for me the goal isn’t just weight loss. It’s helping you build a healthier relationship with food, movement, and your own body, giving you all the tools you need to manage your health and weight for good.
